It's not often you find a new company with almost a century of experience. Headquartered in Wichita Kansas, our original site was founded by aviation pioneer Lloyd Stearman. Eighty years later, we're still developing groundbreaking aircraft innovations.

Where We are Today
We have a legendary heritage, but otherwise we resemble a new company more than an old one. Today, Spirit is known for our entrepreneurial spirit, groundbreaking R&D and client diversity. We serve leaders in commercial, corporate and military aircraft with a client list that includes Boeing, Airbus, Cessna, Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft and Sikorsky.

Today we serve as the world's largest supplier of commercial airplane assemblies and components for the world's largest airliners: fuselages, wings, under-wing components and after-market customer support. In addition, we are leading the way in composite construction of wing components and propulsion structures and systems.
